L'Argus design competition

I'm dying to participate in the 8th design competition from the French car magazine L'Argus. The brief: "Less is more: travelling in the era of simplicity". I'm extremely interested in the subject 'simplicity' because it involves technology and design. But I'm not sure if I can enter this competition, because you'll have to follow an automotive or industrial design course.
